How to Customize the Order Lookup Page
- Access the Order and Return Lookup Page: Go to Settings → Branding → Pages
- Find Order and Return Lookup
- Click Edit Template
- Change the Default Search Method: In the Content section, locate Default Order Search Method and select your preferred option from the dropdown:

- By Order Number & Zip Code or Email
- By Email & Zip Code

- Save Your Changes: Navigate to the Design tab and click Save Changes.
Once saved, your login page will update, and customers will be able to look up their orders using the method you selected.
