Searching through your WeSupply orders is now easier than ever! Using our Orders Search Bar you can filter orders in seconds and quickly gather the information you need.
We created more filter choices that you can use in different combinations to enhance your order management efficiency.
Your customer service representatives can quickly look up orders by multiple filters at once such as order number, customer billing or shipping name, email address, order status, shipping status, item status, item SKU, attribute, and date range.
Try our powerful Advanced Orders Search Bar and find exactly the orders you want!
To use the Orders Search Bar, first, log in to your WeSupply account.
Step 1
Head to the Orders Search tab -> and click on the Orders Search Bar:

On the Orders Search Bar, you can look up orders by multiple filters by clicking on the desired ones.
You can choose from the following filters:
- Order number
- Billing Name
- Shipping Name
- Email address
- Start Date
- End Date
- Order Status
- Item Status
- Shipping Status
- Item SKU
- Attribute

Order number
Click on the desired filter - Order #:
Enter the order number between quotation marks ("") and click Enter on your keyboard:

Billing Name
Click on the Billing Name filter:
Enter the desired billing name between quotation marks ("") and click Enter on your keyboard:

Shipping Name
Click on the Billing Name filter:
Enter the desired billing name between quotation marks ("")and click Enter on your keyboard:

Email
Click on the Email filter:
Enter the desired email address between quotation marks ("") and click Enter on your keyboard:

Start Date
Click on the Start Date filter:
Enter the desired Start Date between quotation marks ("") and click Enter on your keyboard:

End Date
Click on the End Date filter:
Enter the desired End Date between quotation marks ("") and click Enter on your keyboard:

Order Status
Click on the Order Status filter:
Enter the desired order status between quotation marks ("") and click Enter on your keyboard:

Item Status
Click on the Item Status filter:
Enter the desired item status between quotation marks ("") and click Enter on your keyboard:

Shipping Status
Click on the Shipping Status filter:
Enter the desired shipping status between quotation marks ("") and click Enter on your keyboard:

Item SKU
Click on the Item SKU filter:
Enter the desired item SKU between quotation marks ("") and click Enter on your keyboard:

Attribute
Click on the Attribute filter:
Enter the desired attribute between quotation marks ("") and click Enter on your keyboard:
Example:
You can search by multiple filters at once as seen below (Item Status, Start Date, and Shipping Name):
Step 3
Once clicking on each filter, for e.g.: Item Status, a list with different item statuses will be displayed as seen below.
Step 4
From the list that will be displayed, you can choose a specific item status to continue your search.
Please take note that each item that you search for must be included between quotation marks as follows: "Shipped", "000000242", "Customer Name", "example@company.com" etc.
Press Enter on your keyboard or click on the Search icon to find your results.
Step 5
If you would like to clear the Orders Search Bar filters, click on the Close button.
