1. Gift Order
To enable or disable the lookup gift order link from the Order Lookup Page, first, log into your WeSupply account.
Go to Design -> Pages -> For the Login Page -> click Edit Template:
Switch to the Content tab.
From the Display Gift Order Search (No Email Address required) dropdown, you can enable or disable the lookup gift order option.
A. Enable Lookup Gift Order option
For Display Gift Order Search (No Email Address required) -> select Yes to enable the option.
Customers who lookup gift orders will have to enter the following order details to head to the Order Detail Page:
- Order Number
- Zip Code
- Email Address
B. Disable the Lookup Gift Order option
For Display Gift Order Search (No Email Address required) -> select No to disable the option.
2. Gift Returns
Once the Gift Order Lookup process has been done, an access link will be sent to the provided email address. Clicking on it will automatically redirect you to the order view page for the order number selected.
Here, the giftee will be able to initiate a return request, so that the original customer who initially placed the order will not have to go through the process. Once the return request has been submitted, email notifications regarding the state of the return will be sent to both the initial customer and the giftee.
