How to enable/disable the Lookup Gift Order Link on the Login Page?

To enable or disable the lookup gift order link from the Order Lookup Page, first, log into your WeSupply account.

Step 1

Go to Design -> Pages -> For the Login Page -> click Edit Template:

Switch to the Content tab.

Step 3

From the Display Gift Order Search (No Email Address required) dropdown, you can enable or disable the lookup gift order option.

A. Enable Lookup Gift Order option

For Display Gift Order Search (No Email Address required) -> select Yes to enable the option.

On the frontend, the Lookup Gift Order link will be displayed as seen below:

Customers who lookup gift orders will have to enter the following order details to head to the Order Detail Page:

• Order Number
• Zip Code
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address

B. Disable the Lookup Gift Order option

For Display Gift Order Search (No Email Address required) -> select No to disable the option.

On the frontend, the lookup gift order will be disabled.
