To start setting up the In-Store Pickup functionality in your WeSupply account, please log into your Magento Admin, and into your WeSupply account by going to the WeSupply Login Page.
A. Set Up In-Store Pickup in Magento
Please refer to the following article: How to Set Up In-Store Pickup in Magento?
B. Upload Sample CSV
Step 1
Head into Settings -> Locations -> Manage CSV Location File-> and Download the Sample CSV.
Step 2
Once the Sample CSV is downloaded, please fill in the CLIENTKEY field with the corresponding code for the In-Store Pickup source that was set up in your Magento Admin.
The corresponding code can be found into your Magento Admin -> Stores -> Sources -> Code that was set up for the In-Store Pickup Source.
Step 3
Into the same Sample CSV, please make sure you fill in all fields correctly with valid information.
You can also add the links to the following social media accounts: Facebook, Yelp, and Google to receive customer feedback for each in-store pickup location.
Save your Sample CSV.
Step 4
Once the Sample CSV is filled in with all the necessary information, head into your WeSupply account -> Settings -> Locations -> Manage CSV Location File -> Upload your new Stores CSV and Save your Changes.
C. Curbside & Store Pickup settings
If your customers don't pick up their purchases on the same day those are ready to be picked up, you can simply notify them a few more times. With these busy days, this would be the perfect solution to remind your customers about their ready-to-be-picked-up orders.
Step 1
Go to Settings -> Locations-> In-Store and Curbside Pickup section. Scroll down and make sure that the Curbside Pickup feature is enabled.
Once this is done you can decide how many days after the order was ready for pickup you would like to send out Notification Reminders.
Insert the number of days for the 1st notification, the 2nd, and the 3rd one.
Step 2
Here you can also select your Package Update Processor.
If selected None, the updates for the in-store pickup orders will only show up in your WeSupply admin panel.
If selected Magento, the updates for the in-store pickup orders will be tracked into your Magento Admin and your WeSupply admin panel as well.
For example:
- Creating an invoice for the order in your Magento admin can be automated when the status of the Pick Up order is updated to Picked Up in WeSupply. To configure this, please refer to the following article: How to Set Up In-Store Pickup in Magento?
Make sure to Save your Changes when you're done.
D. Enable Pickup Notifications
Step 1
To enable the Pickup Notifications, head to Settings -> Branding -> Notifications -> scroll down to Pickup -> check off the desired Email/SMS notifications
Scroll down and click Save.
