To check your customers’ feedback and reviews log into your WeSupply account.
First, enable your NPS and CSAT surveys for receiving feedback and reviews from your customers when their packages are delivered.
Follow the steps listed in the following article to enable both NPS and CSAT surveys: How to Enable Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Survey in WeSupply?
A. See Net Promoter Score survey comments
To check your customers' comments for the NPS survey and see how likely are they further promoting your brand, head into the Feedback and Reviews tab -> click on Net Promoter Score. For each customer that sends you feedback, you can see the score, the comments, and the order details.
Click on each customer that gave you feedback and see how your brand is scored, how likely is he further promoting your brand, and which is the main reason why he likes your brand or not.
On the right-hand-side, you can find the order details of your customers.
B. See Customer Satisfaction survey comments
On the same tab as above, Feedback and Reviews, click on the Customer Satisfaction section. Here you can see how satisfied your customers are with your brand, the shipping experience, and so on.
Click on each customer review and see the score and also the comment that was sent to you.
On the right-hand-side, you can check the shipment details associated with the customer that left the comment with regards to their overall satisfaction with your brand, products, and services.
