Item Status Notifications can be sent out by WeSupply via Email or SMS. When sending out Notifications via SMS, the charge that's applied is the corresponding price per SMS based on the recipient's country.

There are situations in which SMS notifications will be split due to the length of the message. This means that more than one SMS will be sent out for that particular notification. The character limit for a single SMS is 160 characters. As such, if specific SMS notifications exceed 160 characters due to the inserted variables, length of the text, links, and so on, the message will be split. Your customer will, however, benefit from a unified experience, as the split SMSes will be rebuilt by the recipient's device.
