A. Suspend your WeSupply account
If you'd like to suspend your WeSupply account for a while, you can do this by following the steps below. Suspending your account means that your account is not deleted, all your data will be available into the WeSupply Admin Panel and you can decide to continue using our services at any time. By suspending your account, you'll be automatically subscribed to a Free Plan and you'll no longer be charged if what you need is simply some time to decide what works best for you. If you decide to suspend your WeSupply account, please note that your orders will still be imported into WeSupply, but none of your Email/SMS notifications/order updates will be sent over to your customers.
Step 1
Go to the WeSupply Login Page, log into your WeSupply Admin Panel, and go to Settings -> Account & Billing:

Then click on the Upgrade Plan:

Click on the Suspend Account button:

If you're sure that's what you'd like to do, click on Suspend Account:

If you've used the system, before proceeding to suspend your account, you'll be charged with the amount corresponding to the estimated usage for the current month or any other unpaid invoices. Click on the Pay button -> you'll be charged for the estimated usage or you'll be redirected to our payment processor partner page to set up your Payment Method and Billing Information to process the payment beforehand.
Step 6
Now you can suspend your account.
B. Delete your WeSupply account
If you decide to delete your account and you don't want to use our platform&features anymore, you can delete your WeSupply account. Please take note that this action is irreversible and all your data, information, and settings will be deleted from our system.
Step 1
Go to the WeSupply Login Page, log into your WeSupply Admin Panel, and go to Settings -> Account & Billing:

Then click on Upgrade Plan:

Click on the Delete Account button:

If you've decided to delete your account, click the Delete Account button:
