How my customers can look up their orders?

If you're wondering how your customers can look up their orders and stay up-to-date with the latest info about their packages, here are three possibilities to make this process easier and safer for them:

1. Email log in

On the login page on your store, your customers can look up their orders by entering the email address used when placing the order. An email with a unique link will be received shortly. This way it's easier for them to check the details of their orders from one place, without a need to memorize order numbers or other details. Also, looking up their orders using the email address can be a more secure option for them! 

2. View Order link from  Email Notification

Most likely you're sending out proactive shipping notifications to your customers! Thus, when an email notification is sent out to them, they can simply open it and click the View Order link. They'll head into the View Order page where they'll be able to check all the details provided for their order.

3. View Order from My account

Another possibility for your customers to check their orders is by being logged into your store. Once they're logged into My Account and go to View Order, the full details of the order will be shown.
