If you'd like to test the return label functionality, first you have to place an order and create a return for it. There are three ways you can generate a return label: on the front end as an admin user or as a customer, and on the back end as an admin user.
- First, please make sure that you've set up the Return label generation courier:
Go to Settings -> Integrations-> App Integrations -> Enable either Shippo or EasyPost by inserting the liveToken/Key production credentials from your Shippo or EasyPost account and click Save.
- Once you are done, go to Settings -> Carriers -> Return Carriers -> Select your Default Return Label Generation Carrier along with the carrier. Click on Save.
- By clicking on the Test return label generation button, you can make sure that everything is set up correctly on the carrier's side and that you're able to generate return labels.
