How to customize the Net Promoter Score Reminder notification (NPS Reminder)?

To be able to customize your NPS Reminder notification, start by going to the WeSupply Login Page.

Step 1

For customizing the NPS email notification, head to Settings -> Branding -> Notifications -> scroll down to the Customers section -> NPS Reminder -> click on the Edit Template button. 

Don't forget to check off this email notification if you're going to send it out to your customers!

Step 2

On the left-hand side, from the Colors & Fonts tab, you can change the Primary and Body Font, but also the colors of the NPS Reminder email notification.

Step 3

By clicking on the Template Variables tab, the Code Editor will instantly open.

Under the Template Variables tab, you can scroll down to the whole section and copy any of the variables that need to be inserted into the Code Editor. Feel free to edit the NPS Reminder just as you like!

Step 4

At the top of the page, you can also change the email Subject. When you're done, click the Save button for your customization to be applied!

Step 5

If you'd like to see how the NPS Reminder email notification looks like before sending it out to your customers, simply test it to make sure it's displayed correctly. On the top right-hand side insert your email address and click over the Test button. Go check your inbox! :)

Not as expected? Just keep making the desired changes or Reset the template!
