It can happen that certain products are just not worthy to send back!
For example if a product, or multiple together cost only $5 but the return fee is $8... it basically cost more to send it back then keep it.
To setup a logic for these scenarios head over to:
Settings -> Returns -> Create a return logic
Note: I suggest to set priority to the one of the lowest to make sure it applies before a different condition.
From conditions select return subtotal -> below -> input the value (in our case 5 for $5)
And as outcome scroll down to Keep the Item -> select YES
Note: even though the customer does not require to send back the product, they need to submit a return request, and your team will need to refund the customer.
