It can happen that certain products are just not worthy to send back!
For example, if a product or multiple together costs only $5 but the return fee is $8... it basically costs more to send it back than keep it.
To set up a logic for these scenarios, head over to:
Settings -> Return Methods -> Return Logics and Policies -> Create a return logic or edit an existing one:
Note: I suggest setting priority to one of the lowest to make sure it applies before a different condition.
From conditions select return subtotal -> below -> input the value (in our case 5 for $5)
And as the outcome scroll down to Keep the Item via Green Returns -> select YES.
Once you are done with the logic`s configuration, click Save.
Note: even though the customer does not require to send back the product, they need to submit a return request, and your team will need to refund the customer.
Now let's head over to the frontend and checkout what the customer experiences:
