How To Setup A Custom Domain (CNAME/Domain Alias) In Shopify

To make sure the CNAME is registered in Shopify, a few extra steps are necessary which we'll be going over in this article. Here's the step-by-step guide on how to do that:

1. Log in to your Shopify Dashboard and using the menu on the left-hand side of the page, navigate to Sales Channels -> Themes. Then, in the Current theme section, click Actions -> Edit Code.

2. Open the Snippets folder

3. Scroll down until you find the wesupply.liquid page and open it by clicking on it. Next, edit the wsClientDomain property with your own Custom Domain. Make sure you use the full URL, including HTTP/HTTPS.
