Important: Each system is unique in its own way and can be set up in multiple ways. The below data flows are examples of how our customers are currently using WeSupply. For more information regarding data flow between all your systems, we recommend scheduling a call with us.
The WeSupply API is available here and it can be easily integrated with. A typical integration with a custom POS/WM/POS system usually takes between 7-14 days (including testing) and it's done by the client.
We currently have native integration with:
Order data: Magento, Shopify, Aptos
Tracking: UPS, FedEx, USPS
Tracking and Return label generation: EasyPost, Shippo
Customer Service: Zendesk
If you would like to connect to any other system please refer to our API doc.
Simple Magento Integration
1) New Order Information as well as order updates are pulled from Magento every minute.
2) WeSupply connects to the courier and pulls via the courier API all the tracking related information.
2.1) If the courier used is not UPS, FedEx, or USPS, WeSupply can pull courier information from EasyPost or Shippo as these services integrate with over 100+ courier from around the world.
3) Return label is generated by WeSupply using either an EasyPost or Shippo account.
4) A product feed is sent to WeSupply containing, Image and product Title, and other product information via a daily Google Feed, if product info exists in the feed WeSupply can show the info to the customer, if that info is missing it cannot show.
5) When a ticket is received, Zendesk pulls the order data from WeSupply and displays it within the Zendesk App Section (requires to use the WeSupply app for Zendesk).
6) When the customer views their order on the Web, the customer is redirected to the view order page in WeSupply (or opened in a modal).
7) Order notifications are sent via SMS or Email (to send emails from your domain we need the SMTP credentials).
8) After a return is processed in WeSupply we connect back into Magento and create a credit memo as well as update the order and issue a refund.
Aptos ERP Integration
1) Aptos EOM is pulling the order data from Magento.
Aptos is processing all order data from all its systems (WMS, SA, POS) and updates it back in EOM.
2) WeSupply pulls all the order data from Aptos EOM via the Aptos API every minute, this includes new orders as well as all order updates.
3) WeSupply connects to the courier and pulls via the courier API all the tracking related information.

4) Return label is generated by WeSupply using either an EasyPost or Shippo account.
5) Magento or another feed management system sends WeSupply, Image, and product Title information via a daily Google Feed, if product info exists in the feed WeSupply can show the info to the customer, if that info is missing it cannot show.
6) When a ticket is received, Zendesk pulls the order data from WeSupply and displays it within the Zendesk App Section (requires to use the WeSupply app for Zendesk).
7) When the customer views their order in Magento, the customer is redirected to the view order page in WeSupply (or opened in a modal).
8) Order notifications are sent via SMS or Email (to send emails from your domain we need the SMTP credentials).
