WeSupply partnered with both Shippo and EasyPost to automatically generate on-demand labels for your customers. 

Automatic return shipping labels are generated inside the portal immediately after a customer submits a return. Using this type of label will encourage customers to submit a return in the WeSupply app before shipping the package to your warehouse, mitigating the risk of lost return data. If a customer ends up keeping the item, you will be refunded for the cost of the unused label. 

Step 1

Go to the WeSupply Login Page and log into your WeSupply account. Go to Settings -> Integrations -> App Integrations -> Enable either Shippo or EasyPost.

Step 2

Now head to Settings -> Carriers -> Return Carriers and select your Default Return Label Generation Carrier. Select the carrier for either EasyPost / Shippo and click Save.

Step 3

Under this section, you can also test the return label generation functionality by clicking on the Test return label generation button.

Step 4

Click on the View Label button to see what the return label generation looks like, then click OK.

Step 5

Now switch to Settings -> Return Methods -> Advanced Settings -> and scroll down to the Default Return Package section -> select the Label Type: Pre-Paid or Scan Based.

If selected Pre-Paid for the Label Type, populate the Lenght/Width/Height fields with the desired values.

Select one of the options available for the weights of your products: use a fixed weight for all products or use the weights entered for your products.

Click Save when you're done!

If selected Scan-Based for the Label Type, just click Save.

Step 6

Next, go to Settings -> Return Methods -> Returns Logics and Policies -> Create new logic or Edit an existing one.

Step 7

Now scroll down the page and under the Return by Mail section and set the Allow customers to return on their own on Yes. Then you'll see 2 options that are designed to work together: Return Cost (along with Cost -USD) and Generate Return Label. After setting up these options, click on the Save button.

Return Cost -  use this option to decide if you offer free return labels or if you would like to deduct the cost from the customer refund amount.

Generate Return Label - here you can decide if you want to generate the customer a return label or if you would like the customer to ship it back on their own terms.

Once you`re done with the configuration, click on Save.
