Magento Configuration

Before we get started, please make sure you download and install the latest version for the WeSupply Magento Extension from here.

Step 1: During the initial configuration, insert or simply copy the WeSupply SubDomain ID

Step 2: Go to Magento Admin sidebar → WeSupply → Configuration

Step 3: Paste the WeSupply SubDomain into this field

Step 4: Generate and Access Key and paste it back into WeSupply
Step 5: Define in WeSupply the store ID you would like to sync your store with
Step 6: Copy and Paste the API endpoint

NOTE 1: if you are installing first on a staging environment which is protected by a basic auth username and password please use the credentials in the API endpoint url  https://user:password@ magentostagingdomain.com/wesupply  

NOTE 2: if your staging environment is hidden behind a firewall please make sure that our IP address is whitelisted

Step 7:

Enable WeSupply Order View - If enabled, your customers will have access to advanced order tracking under WeSupply platform once they click View Order.

Step 8:

Enable Notification Signup Box - If enabled, your customers will have the option to subscribe to SMS order tracking once the purchase is complete.

Insert Notification Box as: - here you will have the option of choosing between two ways:
If Default Location is selected, the notification sign up box will show on success page.
If Widget is selected, you can display the notification sign up box by adding the widget in a cms block already displayed on success page.

Choose a design for Notification Signup Box- here you will have the option of choosing between two design. Please see below each design option
