How to Tag Products for Attribute Rules or Exclusions? – WeSupply Labs

Tags are managed in your Shopping platform (Product Order Attribute) or via the Google Product Feed (Product Feed Attribute): you can tell WeSupply to filter items that are tagged with a specific tag in your rules, but you will not actually be tagging items in WeSupply.

Step 1

To be able to set up a return policy with Product Order Attribute and Product Feed Attribute conditions, simply log into your WeSupply account and go to Settings -> Return Methods -> Return Logics and Policies -> Add logic.

Step 2

If you manage the product tags via the Google Product Feed, in the Conditions section select "Product Feed Attribute".

If you manage the product tags via Product Order Attribute, in the Conditions section select "Product Order Attribute".

To better understand how to create a Product Order Attribute return rule, let's say your store sells shoes, and your products have the following product attribute: Shoe Type (running/hiking/basketball/skateboard) and you want to set up a return logic specific to Running Shoes.

From the Conditions section, you'll be able to set up the Product Order Attribute and when you're done, click the Add button. The return logic will look like this:

Also, if you'd like to set up an Exclusion Return Logic, all you have to do is to follow the steps from above but instead of Contains choose the exclusion settings (Does not contain).

Then click over the Confirm button. Your return logic will look like this:

For Magento the tags are often managed in the Shopping Platform, to do so select product order attributes. When we import your Orders, we also import your product attributes as well.
