If you haven't already, make sure you also check out the Magento Configuration written documentation or video for an extensive Magento configuration walkthrough.
As soon as everything is configured properly you can start testing.
Step 1 - Place a multi-item (minimum 3) test order in Magento
Step 2 - On the Checkout Success Page sign-up with your Phone Number to receive SMS Notifications
Step 3 - There is a short time necessary to import all new orders into WeSupply.AI (it should take between 1 to 2 minutes). During this time if you view your customer account you will see that it directs you to the Default View Order Page.
Step 4 - Within 1-2 minutes from order placement, go check your WeSupply account. Under the order section at this point, you will see the Test order successfully downloaded. Make sure that you click on the order and double-check if everything looks as it should. What you will see here is identical to what the customers will see.
Step 5 - Go back into your Customer Account in Magento. Click on View Order, this will redirect you to the WeSupply view order view.
Step 6 - At this point, you most likely will receive the order confirmation email as well as the SMS notification (you will receive the above notifications only if did not disable them in WeSupply).
Step 7 - Go to Magento and ship out 1 item from your order. As soon a the product is shipped (with valid Tracking Number) within 1-2 minutes you will see the order updated in WeSupply.AI as well as you will receive an Email as well as an SMS with the tracking information.
Step 8 - As soon as Step 7 was completed successfully, go to Magento and ship out the 2nd item from your order. Same as at Step 7 you should see the same behavior. In WeSupply you should have two packages, each with its own tracking information and products assigned to that shipment.
Step 9 - Go to WeSupply and click Cancel Order. This action will cancel the remaining unshipped items in WeSupply as well as in Magento. Shortly after you will receive an SMS and Email notification.
Step 10 - Depending on your Shipping Service you will get notifications along the way, up till the point when the shipment is fully delivered. You would expect the following notifications: Order Received, Package Shipped, Package Out For Delivery, Package Delivered, Shipping Exception(in case there are issues encountered on the courier side).
