How to Customize SMS Notifications in WeSupply? – WeSupply Labs

Start by going to the WeSupply Login Page, and you'll be able to customize each SMS notification:

Step 1

Settings -> Branding -> Notifications section -> Edit Template for each SMS notification you'd like to customize.

Make sure that the SMS notifications you'd like to send out to your customers are enabled.

Step 2

Now click over the SMS tab. On the left-hand side, you'll able to add any template variable into the SMS notification, from the Template Variables section.

You can also change the default text and add your own text message, in order to send the desired SMS to your customers.

Note: For a new line to be added into the SMS template, just insert the following variable: {new-line} before starting the next sentence.

When you're done, just click over the Save button. Keep making the changes for all your SMS notifications!

As SMS is more basic compared to emails, try to keep your message short and concise.

Step 3

If you'd like to see if the SMS is displayed correctly on the phone before sending it out to your customers, make sure that the SMS looks just as you expect!

On the same page as above, you'll be able to test the SMS, by inserting your Phone number along with the associated Prefix. Click over the Test SMS button and you're done!

Check out your phone and see how it looks like!
