Setting up custom return reasons to match specific return policies can be done within just a few steps.
Start by going to the WeSupply Login Page.
Step 1
Go to Settings -> Return Methods -> Returns Reasons:

Here you can edit the existing return reasons, create new ones or delete the existing reasons:

Insert a name for the new custom reason you'd like to add (e.g., size). You can also set sub-reasons for the main reason (e.g., Too small, Too large) by clicking on Add Sub-Reason. You can add as many sub-reasons as you want. When you are done, click on Save.
You can add as many custom return reasons as you want by repeating the steps above.
Step 4
Once you are done creating/editing your custom return reasons, you need to include them in Return Groups. These allow you to display different return reasons for your products according to your return policy, depending on each return logic configured.
Under Settings -> Return Methods -> Returns Reasons -> Return Groups section, you can manage your return groups by creating new groups/ editing the existing ones. Simply click on Add Group.
Step 5
Name of your Returns Group. You can choose which of the return reasons will be displayed when a customer is initiating a return request by clicking the Manage Return Reasons.
You can also re-order the reasons by dragging the = symbol in front of them and placing them in the order you like.
A new tab will open listing all return reasons configured in the previous step. You can select which one to be included in the Return Group by checking off the box next to them. Click Done.

Save your changes.

In order to set up a return group to be displayed based on your return policies, go to Settings -> Return Methods -> Return Logics and Policies -> Edit the existing logics -> In the Return Reason Group section, select the Return Group -> Save your new configuration.
