Setting up custom return reasons to match specific return policies can be done within just a few steps.
Start by going to the WeSupply Login Page.
Go to Settings -> Return Methods -> Returns Reasons:
Here you can edit the existing return reasons, create new ones or delete the existing reasons:
Insert a name for the new custom reason you'd like to add (e.g., wrong color), and then click on Add Reason.
You can add as many custom return reasons as you want by repeating the steps above.
