Make sure that you have a valid Store Addresses CSV uploaded into your WeSupply Admin. The sample CSV will not work if it does not contain valid store addresses.
Step 1) To upload your Store CSV file, log in to your WeSupply Admin, and head into Settings -> Stores -> Store Addresses section.
Make sure that you have your default courier for estimating delivery dates configured into WeSupply. To do this, head into Settings -> Couriers -> scroll down to the Select your Default courier for estimating delivery dates section -> and choose the Courier along with the shipping method.
Click Update to save the settings!
Log in to your Magento Admin and assure that you have at least one Courier enabled. You can do this by heading into Admin - Stores - Configuration - Sales - Shipping Methods and enable one of the following Shipping Methods: UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Head to WeSupply - Configuration- Allow logged in/guest customers to receive estimations for the delivery date and set Enable Delivery Estimations to Yes.
Product Attributes - select the attributes used by WeSupply Platform to create delivery estimation logic.
Add Estimations Range - Set additional days for delivery estimations. Eg: If you set range with value 2 and shipping vendor estimation is for 28 April, the shown estimation will be as follows: 28 April - 30 April
Estimation Display Mode - When multiple products are added to the cart, and each has a different processing time you have 3 options to display the delivery date:
earliest - will display the earliest date the products are going to be delivered
range - will display the range between the earliest and latest delivery date
latest - this will show the date the latest product is going to be delivered.
Note: if you do split shipments you can select "earliest" or "range", however, if you ship all products in one box it is recommended to use "latest".
Estimation Format - select the format in which you would like to display the estimated arrival date
"Order within" Display - create urgency and Display "Order within" if the remaining time is lower than this value (in hours).
Default Shipping Vendor - this option got moved to the WeSupply Platform, please select the courier you would like to use when doing calculations on the product page.
After successfully completing the configuration, an Estimated Arrival section with a specific delivery date should show up on the Product Page, under the product name (the date is based on the Default Courier and Shipping Method that you've selected). If the Courier and Method are not found in the estimations response, we add the method with the nearest possible delivery date. Similarly, you should find an ETA message next to each Courier's Shipping Method on the Cart and Checkout pages, if those are found in the estimations response.
