By default, WeSupply allows you to set a return fee that is automatically applied when customers initiate a return. However, if you need to remove the return fee in advance—before the item is received at your location — you can adjust your return policies to make returns free while still having the flexibility to manually apply a fee later if necessary.

- Click Edit to modify the policy.
- Set Return Cost to "Free":
- Adjust the return cost settings and set the fee to Free.
