- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be generated.
- Repeat the process for the second item:
- Start a new return request for the next item (e.g., a cap).
- Select the appropriate return method.
- Submit the return request.
- Now, you will see two separate RMAs for the same order.
- Each RMA will have its own return label and tracking information.
