How to Enable "Days After Purchase Date" as a Return Condition
Step 1: Access Return Logics and Policies
- Log in to your WeSupply Admin Panel.
- Navigate to Settings → Return and Warranty Methods → Return Logics and Policies.
Step 2: Add or Edit a Return Logic
- Click Add New Logic to create a new rule, or select an existing one to modify.
Step 3: Set "Days After Purchase Date" as a Condition
- In the Conditions section, open the drop-down menu.
- Select Days After Purchase Date as the condition.
- Choose one of the following options to define how the return window should apply:
- Below – The return request must be made within a specific number of days after purchase.
- Above – The return request must be made after a certain number of days post-purchase.
- Equals – The return is only valid on an exact number of days after purchase.
- Does Not Equal – The return is restricted on a specific day after purchase but allowed otherwise.
- Enter the appropriate number of days based on your return policy.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
- Click Save to apply the new return condition.
- Your updated return policy will now automatically enforce the days after purchase rule.
