How to Enable Return Received Notifications
Step 1: Access User Management Settings
- Log in to your WeSupply account.
- Navigate to Settings → User Management.
Step 2: Add a New Returns Manager User
- Click Add User to create a new user.
- Assign the user the Returns Manager role.
- Fill in the required details and save the changes.
Step 3: Start Receiving Notifications
- The assigned Returns Manager will receive an email notification when a return is marked as received.
- The return status will be automatically updated based on the carrier’s tracking information when the package is delivered to the warehouse.
How is the Return Status Tracked?
The return status updates when the carrier marks the package as delivered. Once the carrier updates the status, WeSupply will reflect the change, and an email notification will be sent.
