What Data Is Available in Return Reports?

WeSupply’s exchange reports include detailed information about the return process, such as:

• Return Initiation Date: When the customer requested the return.

• Return Arrival Date: When the returned items arrived at your facility.

Currently, the reports do not include the exact date when customers ship the return. However, you can use the available data to estimate the timeframe between return initiation and arrival.

How to Pull Return Reports

To access return reports in WeSupply, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Your WeSupply Account:
   • Navigate to the Analytics or Reports section.
2. Select the Exchange Report:
   • Choose the exchange report that includes return initiation, approval, and arrival dates.
3. Set the Date Range:
   • Reports can be generated for a maximum period of 30 days. If you need data for a longer timeframe, you’ll need to pull reports month by month.
4. Download the Report:
   • Once the report is generated, download it in your preferred format (e.g., CSV or Excel).
