Offering a variety of return options is beneficial, but sometimes specific options, such as "Return to Store," may not align with your business needs. If you’d like to disable this option for customers while maintaining flexibility for your team, follow the steps below.
Instructions to Remove the "Return to Store" Option
- Log in to your WeSupply account.
- Navigate to Settings → Returns and Warranties → Return Logics and Policies.
- Select the specific return logic you want to modify.
- Locate the option Return to a retail store and change it to No.
Note:
Even after disabling this option for customers, admins will still see the "Return to Store" option when creating returns manually. This is intentional, as admins are not bound by the usual return rules and may need additional flexibility.
By removing the "Return to Store" option, you can streamline the return process for customers while ensuring your team retains the ability to handle special cases effectively.
