How to Enable
Follow the steps below to ensure that the updated behavior is applied:
- Navigate to Settings → Branding → Notifications → Shipments Notifications in your WeSupply dashboard.
- Scroll down and find the option labeled "Force Send Package Shipped Notification."
- Enable the option by toggling it on.
When this option is enabled, customers will receive a shipment notification as soon as the tracking number is detected, even if the initial tracking details are incomplete.

By activating this option, you’ll ensure that the "Pending Shipment" status is correctly triggered, and your customers stay informed about their shipments, improving their overall experience with your store.
