How to Enable and Configure Warranties
Follow these steps to enable and set up warranties in your WeSupply account:
- Navigate to the Warranty Settings:
- Go to Settings → Returns and Warranty Methods in your WeSupply dashboard.
- Set Warranty Reasons:
- In the Warranty Reasons section, you can configure reasons for warranty claims.
- Assign different reasons for claims initiated by customers and admins.
- Add, remove, or edit reasons and sub-reasons to align with your business needs.

- Configure Warranty Logics and Policies:
- In the Warranty Logics and Policies section, create warranty logics similar to how return logics are set up.
- Use custom fields to define specific requirements, such as proof of purchase, photos of the defect, or product serial numbers.
- Ensure the logic aligns with your business policies for seamless claim processing.
