Aptos Order ID with Barcode on Return Packing Slips

The Aptos Order ID with Barcode feature is now available in WeSupply to help streamline your returns process. By including a barcode of the Aptos Order ID directly on the return packing slip, you can significantly improve accuracy and efficiency in your operations.

Why Use the Aptos Order ID with Barcode on Packing Slips?

This feature is designed to simplify the return handling process for warehouse and fulfillment teams by enabling:

How to Enable the Aptos Order ID Barcode

Follow these steps to enable this feature for your return packing slips:

1. Access the Advanced Settings:
   • Go to Settings → Return and Warranty Methods → Advanced Settings in your WeSupply dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Labels Section:
   • Scroll down until you see the Labels section.
3. Enable Packing Slip Generation:
   • Toggle the option Generate packing slips for shipping labels to activate packing slip creation for returns.
4. Include a Barcode:
   • Check the box for Include Barcode to add a standard barcode to the packing slip.
5. Add the Aptos Order ID Barcode:
   • Check the box for Include additional Barcode with Order ID to include the Aptos Order ID as a barcode on the packing slip.
     
6. Save Your Changes:
   • Ensure you save your settings to activate this feature.
