If customers are being redirected to the Returns page by default and you’d prefer to redirect them to the Order Details page, you can update this setting in just a few steps.
Steps to Update the Redirection Setting
- Access Page Settings:
- Navigate to Settings > Branding > Pages in your WeSupply admin dashboard.
- Edit the Order & Return Lookup Page:
- Locate the Order & Return Lookup section and click Edit.
- Adjust the Find Order Action:
- Go to the Content tab.
- Find the Find Order Action setting.
- Update the Redirection Action:
- Open the dropdown menu for Find Order Action.
- Select Order Details as the desired option.
- Save Changes:
- Ensure you save your changes to apply the update.
By completing these steps, customers will now be redirected to the Order Details page instead of the Returns page after looking up their order. This helps improve the user experience by directing them to the most relevant information.
