Managing your order fulfillment process efficiently is crucial, and having canceled orders appear alongside unfulfilled orders can be confusing for your team. While WeSupply does not currently offer a dedicated column to identify canceled orders, there is a simple workaround to streamline your workflow.
Workaround: Filter by Order Status
Follow these steps to filter out canceled orders from the Unfulfilled view:
- Go to the Unfulfilled Tab:
- Navigate to the Unfulfilled Orders section in your dashboard.
- Filter by Order Status:
- Click on the Order Status dropdown menu.
- Select Processing as the filter option.
This will display only orders that are actively being processed, excluding canceled orders.
By applying this filter, your Order Fulfillment team can focus on actionable orders and avoid confusion caused by canceled orders appearing in the same view.
