- The first step is identifying the exchange order that requires this price difference. You can either be notified by the customer or spot it while creating an exchange order.
- Accessing the Exchange Order in WeSupply:
- In the WeSupply admin panel, go to Orders and search for the exchange order. Click on the Order Number to view the details.
- Processing the Exchange Payment:
- Once the exchange request is opened, you will see the option to “Pay Now”. Clicking this will redirect you to the Shopify checkout page.
- This allows you to complete the payment for the price difference using a gift card.
- Creating a Gift Card in Shopify:
- In your Shopify admin, go to Products → Gift Cards.
- Create a new gift card with the value that needs to be paid for the price difference of the exchange.
- Applying the Gift Card Code:
- Copy the gift card code you just created and paste it into the Shopify checkout page.
- Complete the order by clicking Complete Order. This will finalize the payment for the exchange.
