How to Find the QR Code for Return Labels in WeSupply

WeSupply offers a convenient feature that allows customers to access a QR code for their return labels, making it easy for them to complete returns without having to print the label. This QR code can be shown directly to the carrier, streamlining the return process.

Where to Find the QR Code for Return Labels:

1. Access the Order Lookup Page:
   • When a return is created, go to the Order Lookup Page for the relevant order.
2. Scroll Down to the Return Section:
   • Scroll down to locate the Return section for the order.
3. Find the Label and QR Code:
   • You will see the Label and Pack'n'Slip options. Right under those, you’ll find the QR Code.
4. Use the QR Code:
   • The customer can simply click on the QR code and show it to the carrier, eliminating the need to print the label.
