WeSupply offers different pages for tracking and returns, each designed to provide customers with specific information about their orders. If your business only uses the tracking feature, here’s how the relevant pages work.
Tracking Pages:
- Tracking Search Page: This page is where customers can search for their order using an order number or email. Here, we use the phrase "Find Your Order" to help customers locate their tracking information.
- Order Details Page: Once a customer finds their order, they will be directed to the Order Details page. This page shows all the details about the shipment, including item tracking, shipping status, and any relevant updates.
- Tracking Page: If a customer clicks on the tracking number, they will be redirected to a dedicated tracking page. This page provides real-time updates on the shipment's journey, including the current location and estimated delivery date.
Difference in Language for Returns:
- For businesses using returns, the language on certain pages changes. For example, instead of "Find Your Order," the return process would direct customers to a Return Center. However, since you’re only using tracking, the focus remains on shipment updates and tracking details.
By understanding how these tracking pages work, you can ensure your customers have easy access to their shipment information, enhancing their post-purchase experience.
