When performing tests or handling sample product returns, you may need to clear out these returns to restart the process or test again. In WeSupply, the best way to manage this is by archiving the returns. Archiving removes the return from the active list, allowing you to work with the same products again without interference.
Why Archive Returns?
Archiving test returns helps keep your returns data organized and ensures that your system remains clean, especially when performing multiple tests. Once archived, the return is no longer visible in the active returns list but is still stored for future reference if needed.
How to Archive Returns:
- Go to the Returns Tab:
- Log into your WeSupply account and navigate to the Returns tab from your dashboard.
- Locate the Test Return:
- Browse through the list of returns to find the test return(s) or sample products you would like to clear out.
- Archive the Return:
- Select the return, and you will see an option to Archive it. Click the Archive button to remove the test return from your active returns list.
By archiving your test returns, you can easily reset your process and return the same products again. This feature helps streamline testing while maintaining a clean and organized return management system.
