The ability to choose whether or not to restock returned items is a valuable feature for e-commerce businesses. This flexibility allows you to decide how to handle returns based on the condition of the product, seasonal demand, or other inventory considerations. It helps ensure that only suitable items are restocked, optimizing inventory management and reducing the risk of reselling damaged goods. In WeSupply, the restock quantity is set as "no" by default to reduce the risk of adding a damaged good to your inventory.
How It Works:

Go to Return Logics and Policies:
- Navigate to your WeSupply account settings.
- Select Settings > Return Methods > Return Logics and Policies.
- Select or Create a Return Logic:
- Choose an existing return logic to edit or click on Create New to set up a new one tailored to your needs.
- Locate the Restocking Fee Option:
- Scroll down within the return logic settings until you find the "Restocking Fee" section.

Set the Default Restock Quantity Option:
- In the "Default Restock Quantity Option When Processing Returns" field, choose the option that best suits your business:
