When managing an exchange store, it's important to showcase the products that are most relevant to your customers. While WeSupply allows you to display specific collections in the exchange store, it currently does not support displaying products in a particular order, such as showing newer products first.
However, you can still control which collections are featured, ensuring that your customers see the most appropriate items when making exchanges.
Steps to Display a Specific Collection in Your Exchange Store:
- Navigate to Return Methods and Policies:
- Go to your WeSupply account.
- Select Settings > Return Methods > Return Logics and Policies.
- Edit or Create a New Return Logic:
- Choose an existing return logic to edit or create a new one according to your needs.
- Select the Collection to Display:
- Within the return logic, you can choose which collection to display in the exchange store. While you cannot set a specific order, you can still feature the products that are most relevant to your customers.
- Enable and Save Your Changes:
- Once you’ve selected the desired collection, enable it and save your changes to make it active in your exchange store.
By carefully selecting the collections displayed in your exchange store, you can guide your customers towards the products you want to promote, even if you can't control the exact order in which they appear. This ensures a more tailored and effective exchange process, enhancing the customer experience.
