Generating analytics reports for a maximum of 31 days is a powerful feature for e-commerce businesses. It lets you gain detailed insights into your return metrics over a substantial period, helping you identify trends, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions. However, it's crucial to note that these reports are available for only 30 days before being deleted, so timely access and review are essential.
How It Works:
- Navigate to Analytics > Returns in your WeSupply account.
- Set the desired date range, ensuring it does not exceed 31 days.
- Click on "Export Returns Report" to generate the report.
- To access your report, first go into Settings and then select Integrations.
- Then, click on Export History.
- Download your report.

It's important to note that the reports we generate aren't kept indefinitely. 30 days after their creation, they are automatically deleted from the system. If you need the same report again next month, you'll have to generate it again at that time.
We encourage saving the reports locally if they need to be retained for future reference.
