How it works
Once enabled, this feature allows customers to select their preferred return label option during the return process, providing flexibility and convenience tailored to their needs.
Set up
To set up an option for customers to choose between using a store-generated return label or their own label:
- Navigate to "Advanced Settings" in your account.
- Locate "Global Label Settings" and enable the toggle switch.
Customer experience
When this option is on, this is what the customer would see when returning an item if the return falls under a logic that has the "generate label" option set to "yes." Otherwise, this step is not displayed.
