Generating return labels in WeSupply requires a valid phone number. If the phone number is missing or invalid, you won’t be able to proceed. Follow these steps to edit the phone number for return requests:
- Open Your Returns Page: Start by logging into your WeSupply account and navigating to the returns page. Select the specific return request you need to edit.

Edit the Phone Number: In the top right corner of the screen, locate the phone number associated with the return. Click on the “edit” button next to it.
- Enter a Valid Phone Number: Ensure you enter a valid phone number. Double-check the number for accuracy and save your changes.
- Generate the Label: Once the phone number is updated and saved, proceed to generate the return label for the customer.
By following these steps, you can ensure that all necessary information is correct, allowing for the smooth generation of return labels and efficient handling of return requests.
