How it works
To set return logics for specific product exchanges in WeSupply, navigate to the return methods settings, then access return logics and policies. There, choose or create a logic and configure exchange settings by defining price ranges and adding conditions based on variant names or collections. This customization ensures that only desired products are displayed for exchange, streamlining the process and enhancing the customer experience.
Setup
- Go to your WeSupply account and select Settings > Return Methods;
- Click on Return Logics and Policies;
- Select a logic or create a new one;
- Scroll down and look for Exchange;
- Select "any product with a price ranging from" and set the percentages of prices you'd like;
- Click on add condition;
- Set the condition with either the variant name or a collection.
