The 'Exchange Allowed Only for More Expensive Products' feature on WeSupply empowers businesses to limit exchanges to items of higher value than the original purchase. Customers are given options for products priced higher than their original purchase when they initiate a trade. This feature automatically filters out products of equal or lower value, encouraging customers to select higher-value items. This could increase the average order value and enhance profitability. Setup
- Navigate to Settings > Return Logics and Policies;
- Select the return logic you’d like to edit;
- Look for Exchange;
- Select the Any product with a price ranging from option and the percentage as you’d like;
- Save the changes you’ve made.
Customer experience
Returns requests from customers who fall under this logic will display the following message after completing their return or exchange request:

- Will this be applied to all exchanges? No, only for those under the return logic you set this option to.
