Ensuring certain items are non-returnable can streamline your return process and mitigate potential losses. Here's how to achieve this using tags or SKUs:
- Tag or Check SKUs in Shopify: Begin by tagging the items in your Shopify store or checking their SKUs. Tags can be applied directly to products, while SKUs are unique identifiers assigned to each item.
- Access Return Logics in WeSupply: Navigate to the settings menu in your WeSupply account and select "Return Methods," then proceed to "Return Logics and Policies."
- Create a New Logic: Click on the option to create a new return logic, which will allow you to define conditions for non-returnable items.
- Using Tags:
- Under conditions, select Product Order Attribute;
- Type ProductTags as the attribute name;
- Select Equals in the options;
- Set the tag value to match the tag applied to items in Shopify.
- Using SKUs:
- Under conditions, choose "Product SKU."
- Select "Is one of" in the options.
- Enter the SKUs of the non-returnable items in the provided field.
- Define Return Policy:
- In the "Returns" section, specify the return window for non-returnable items.
- From the drop-down menu, choose "Not Returnable" to indicate that these items cannot be returned.
- Make sure to disable the exchange option as well.
By following these steps, you can effectively designate certain items as non-returnable based on tags or SKUs. This helps streamline your return process and ensures that only eligible items are accepted for returns, reducing potential losses and simplifying operations.
