WeSupply Labs platform offers a range of features to streamline your business operations, one of which is the ability to generate International Return Labels. This feature is particularly useful for businesses that ship products internationally. Note that this feature is available only through the EasyPost configuration for return label generation. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to enable International Labels Generation on the WeSupply Labs platform.
Step 1: Access the Settings
First, log in to your WeSupply admin account. Once you're logged in, navigate to the 'Settings' option located on the main menu.
Step 2: Proceed to Return Methods
Under 'Settings', you will find several options. Click on 'Return Methods' to proceed.
Step 3: Access Advanced Settings
In the 'Return Methods' section, you will find an option for 'Advanced Settings'. Click on this to access more detailed settings.
Step 4: Enable International Labels Generation
Scroll down until you find the 'International Labels' section. Here, you will see an option to 'Enable International Labels Generation'. Toggle on the button to enable this feature.
Step 5: Fill in the Required Fields
Once you've enabled International Labels Generation, you'll need to fill in the following information:
- International Labels Contents Type: Select 'Returned Goods' from the dropdown menu.
- International Labels Restriction Type: Select 'None' from the dropdown menu.
- International Labels EEL/PFC: The default value for this field is 'NOEEI 30.37(a)'. More information on this field can be found here.
- International Labels HS Tariff Number: The default value '123456' will be applied. More information on this field can be found here.
Step 6: Save Your Changes
After filling in all the required fields, make sure to save your changes. You can do this by clicking on the 'Save' button usually located at the bottom of the page.
And that's it! You have now enabled International Labels Generation on your WeSupply Labs platform. This will allow you to generate international labels for your products, making international shipping and returns a breeze.
