Step 1 Log in to your WeSupply Labs Account
The first step is to log in to your WeSupply Labs account using your username and password. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one by clicking on the 'Sign Up' button and following the prompts.
Step 2 Navigate to the Returns Section
After logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard. From the dashboard, locate and click on the "Returns" section. This section contains all the information about the returns made by your customers.
Step 3 Access the 'View All' Tab
In the Returns section, you'll find several tabs. Click on the "View All" tab. This tab displays all the returns made by customers, irrespective of their status.
Step 4 Filter by Status
Now, you need to filter the returns by their status. To do this, locate the "Filter" option, click on it, and a dropdown menu will appear.
Step 5 Select 'Label Created' Status
In the dropdown menu, you'll see different statuses. Click on the "Status" field and a list will appear with various status options. Scroll down the list until you find the "Label Created" status. Click on it to select this status.
Step 6 Apply the Filter
After selecting the "Label Created" status, click on the "Apply" button to apply the filter.
Step 7 Review the Filtered Results
Once you've applied the filter, the page will refresh and only the returns with the "Label Created" status will be displayed. You can now review these returns and perform any necessary actions.
Remember, you can always change the filter or remove it entirely by going back to the "Filter" option and selecting a different status or clicking on the "Clear" button respectively.
