In WeSupply, there are multiple refund methods available for processing returns. While configuring your return logics, you can choose any of the following refund methods:
- Refund: This option will refund the customer through the online payment method they used when placing the order.
- Offline - In-Store Payment: If you have any physical stores, you can select this option to refund the customer in cash at one of your locations.
- Store Credit: Choosing this option will create a coupon for the customer, which they can use for future shopping on your platform.
- Offline Refund: This option is for any other case where the money is handed to the customer directly, not through an online platform or in-store.
- Gift Card: The refund amount is issued as a Gift Card that can be used for future purchases within the store.
Select the refund method that best suits your business model and customer preferences.
Once you've chosen your preferred refund method, don't forget to save your settings. You can do this by clicking the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
Remember, these refund methods are also available while processing returns within the WeSupply Labs platform.
