WeSupply Labs platform allows you to set up multiple groups, each containing different return reasons and sub-reasons. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up these groups.
Step 1
Firstly, you need to log in to your WeSupply Labs account.

Navigate to the 'Return Groups' section. This is where you'll create and manage your return reason groups.

Click on the 'Create New Group' button to start creating a new return group.

In the new window that appears, you'll need to name your return group. Remember, this name will not be visible to customers. It's only for your internal reference.

Next, you'll need to add return reasons and sub-reasons to your group. These are the reasons that will be displayed to customers when they initiate a return. You can add as many reasons and sub-reasons as you need.

Once you've added all the necessary return reasons and sub-reasons, click on the 'Save' button to save your return group.

Now, you'll need to configure the return logics. This is where you decide which return group is shown for which product. Navigate to the 'Return Logics' section and select the appropriate return group for each return logic.
And that's it! You've now set up multiple return groups on the WeSupply Labs platform. Remember, you can create as many return groups as you need, each containing different return reasons and sub-reasons. This allows you to display different reasons for different products, providing a more tailored return experience for your customers.
